Return and Complaints Policy – Comboski

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can exercise this right via the online form available in your order detail — you will find the link in your order confirmation email.

2. Return Period and Condition of Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. The goods should be returned undamaged and preferably in their original packaging. You have the right to inspect the goods, but please keep them in reasonable condition. If the goods are returned damaged or excessively worn, we may proportionally reduce the refund to cover the costs of restoring them to their original condition — we will inform you of this in advance.

3. Return Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If you are returning goods due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs — email us at info@comboski.cz and we will send you a prepaid label.

4. Return Procedure

Please ensure the goods are properly packaged. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable alternative packaging that ensures safe delivery. Once we receive your returned goods, we will send you a confirmation and begin processing your refund.

5. Refund

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of you providing proof of dispatch — whichever comes first. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.

6. Complaints and Warranty

All products come with a statutory warranty period of 24 months. If you discover a defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, please contact us at info@comboski.cz. A complaint can be resolved by repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. We will find the most suitable solution together.

7. The Right Choice Saves Time and the Planet

The best way to avoid a return is to make the right choice when purchasing. We recommend carefully reading product descriptions and reviews before ordering. We are also happy to give you personal advice at info@comboski.cz — we will help you find the right fit.

If the product still does not meet your expectations, please consider more sustainable alternatives before returning it. Every return has an environmental footprint — packaging often cannot be recycled and goods may end up in landfill unnecessarily. Perhaps someone around you would appreciate the product — try gifting it, swapping it, or listing it on a second-hand platform. You will recover part of your investment and the product will find a new owner who will truly make use of it.
