This document provides a comprehensive breakdown of the estimated costs and terms for importing Combo Skis into the United States. These fees are mandatory for international imports and are collected by the carrier (UPS/FedEx) upon arrival.
1. Estimated Import Costs Breakdown
The following table estimates the additional costs due at delivery. These are based on the tax-free export product price and average US tax rates.

Note: Shipping costs are billed separately in your initial invoice. These amounts are collected directly by the carrier before or during delivery.

Sales tax varies by location. Use the table below to find the average rate for your state.
States with 0% Sales Tax: Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon.
3. Important: Ski Poles & Shipping
We do not ship ski poles to the USA.

Reason: Their irregular length significantly increases package dimensions, which would lead to disproportionately high shipping costs for you.

Recommendation: To keep your express shipping rate low, we recommend purchasing standard ski poles locally in the US.
4. Legal Agreement, Safety & Liability Waiver
By completing your purchase and submitting your order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Safety Instructions: Combo skis are specialized equipment. You agree to use the product strictly according to the included English safety instructions.

Assumption of Risk: The seller is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, extreme weather conditions, or use in unsuitable terrain.

Importer of Record: You act as the 'Importer of Record' and are responsible for all applicable US duties, taxes, and brokerage fees collected by the carrier.

Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) clearance procedures or inspections.

Jurisdiction: All legal disputes arising from this transaction shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
5. How to Proceed
By submitting your order and proceeding to payment, you confirm your full agreement with all terms stated above, including the liability waiver and the responsibility for import duties and taxes.
