We do not ship ski poles to the USA.

• Reason: Their irregular length significantly increases package dimensions, which would lead to disproportionately high shipping costs for you.

• Recommendation: To keep your express shipping rate low, we recommend purchasing standard ski poles locally in the US.

• Importer of Record: You act as the 'Importer of Record' and are responsible for all applicable US duties, taxes, and brokerage fees collected by the carrier.

• Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) clearance procedures or inspections.

• Jurisdiction: All legal disputes arising from this transaction shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
